Awarded Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships will be announced at the graduation ceremony.
- You are required to let Mrs. Rains know if you receive additional awards: we can not announce what we don't know!
- You must list the OFFICIAL NAME of the scholarship and the amount for each award.
- Specify if the amount is PER YEAR OR TOTAL!
- List each scholarship separately.
Please fill out the form for each scholarship that you are awarded.
